1. Processing Times
We know you're excited to get your glow on! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.

During high-volume periods (sales or new launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is on its way.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping options within the United States.

Free shipping is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
3. Shipping Restrictions (Hazmat)
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, certain products containing alcohol or pressurized gases (such as perfumes, nail polishes, and aerosol sprays) must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping only.

These items cannot be shipped via Expedited methods.

We currently cannot ship these specific "Hazmat" items to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. Boxes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Whole&Well Mart is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, we want you to have a great experience:

Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken or leaking, please email us at info@wholewellmart.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
