Return & Refund Policy

At WholeWellMart, we prioritize the health and satisfaction of our customers. Because we specialize in health and beauty products, we maintain a clear return policy to ensure product safety and quality.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return request.

2. Product Condition & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following safety criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be in New condition.

  • Seals: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals and wrapping intact.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for any supplement or beauty product that has been opened or tampered with.

We accept returns for both defective products (damaged during shipping) and non-defective products (buyer’s remorse), provided the items remain sealed.

3. No Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service and maintain hygiene standards, WholeWellMart does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. How to Start a Return (Self-Service)

We use an automated system to make returns easy:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.

  2. Log in using the email address from your order. A 6-digit login code will be sent to your inbox.

  3. Select the items you wish to return and submit your request.

  4. Download & Print: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and mail it back to us.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Method: By mail only.

  • Return Label: Provided via email (Download and Print).

  • Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Returns).

  • Restocking Fees: $0.00 (No Fees).

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure safety seals are intact:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

  • Payment: The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please use our Returns Portal immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
